These are pictures from our sailing adventures in various parts of the world. Bareboat chartering in the tropics is the best vacation you can find per dollar you spend. It's much more affordable  than most people realize - comparable to a driving vacation where you stay in a motel each night - the food is a little more, but there's no gas to buy. Each morning you wake up in paradise. Each day you sail for a few hours to a new beautiful bay where you moor or anchor. Afternoons are spent snorkeling, exploring the island or village, or enjoying your favorite drink on a beach. In  the evening you find yourself in a beachfront restaurant confronted with a menu of seafood, steaks and island specialties that are sure to make you wonder 'how can I ever leave this place?' After sailing the British and American Virgin Islands, The Windward and Leeward Caribbean Islands, The Whitsunday Islands in Australia, the San Juan Islands, the Canadian Gulf Islands and the Islands off the coast of Main we keep returning to the BVIs. There are many reasons why these islands are called 'the best sailing grounds in the world': Beauty, weather, beaches, local population, food, charter companies, anchorages and entertainment make the BVIs close to the best, if not the best, sailing area in the world.

Cedar Creek Sailing Academy offers vacation/school opportunities in the British Virgin Islands - ask us about the package.
